Join our free in-person parenting course beginning March 11th.

A calmer, more connected home starts here.

Parenting is hard. But it doesn't have to be.

Join our free class and learn how to manage challenging behaviors, connect with other parents, and strengthen your bond with your child

You're not a "bad" parent.

You love your child more than anything.

But some days feel exhausting.
The meltdowns.
The arguing.
The constant trying to stay calm.

You tell yourself, “I should be able to handle this.” And then the next bedtime battle or defiant moment pulls you right back into the same loop.

Right now it might feel like:

Staying calm…until you snap

Explaining things over and over

Raising your voice to be taken seriously

Giving in just to stop the meltdown

Switching between being too strict and too lenient

You're not a bad parent. You're a human one, and many of us were never taught how to handle these situations.

The problem isn't effort.

The problem is you were never taught the tools to manage tough parenting moments.

Take the worry out of parenting with the "Triple P Parenting Program"

Triple P stands for the Positive Parenting Program® —and for many parents, it’s the first time someone explains why parenting feels so hard and what actually helps.

Triple P isn’t about being stricter.
And it’s not about letting everything slide.

It’s a different way of understanding what’s happening, and having support when emotions run high.

Instead of vague advice, Triple P gives parents a clear, repeatable framework for common situations, so you’re not reacting in the moment and hoping for the best.

That’s why The Family Support Center is offering Group Triple P to families in our community.

Parents who complete Group Triple P notice changes like:

Parenting feels less overwhelming

Tantrums are shorter and easier to recover from

Bedtime and morning routines feel more predictable

They know how to respond before things spiral

Their relationship with their child feels stronger

Here's what you can expect:

The Family Support Center is offering Group Triple P–Positive Parenting Program®, a supportive, research-backed course that helps parents feel more confident and grounded in everyday moments.

Four in-person group sessions
